Working closely with the NHS, local authorities, the voluntary sector, carers and families, care homes in Gateshead are already optimising the health of their residents through the Enhanced Health in Care Homes Framework (EHCH).
By using the EHCH Framework, homes and care providers can improve safety, quality and health outcomes, putting them in a stronger position for their next CQC inspection.
